April 10, 2007 at 8:58pmOh yes, they blew through the kitten stage very quickly. They are about a year old now, give or take a few days. Mischief is the sweetie on the left with the most white and traditional Maine Coon markings. She’s about 12 pounds now. Mayhem, on the right, has traditional tabby markings and weighs in at around 10 pounds. And yes, big sister rules the house and he knows it.

How sweet, my Teddy holds my hand when we’re snuggling on the couch. He got very jealous when a boyfriend was introduced into the picture. No more sleeping in the bed on mommy’s head. (darn I wish I could remember my account password)

And I’ve made the astonishing discovery that, for some reason, whistling the opening notes of ONCE UPON A TIME IN AMERICA makes him perk up, circle around and meow like crazy. It’s funny! And totally cute, of course.
