I’m heading out to West Virginia this evening for my little sister’s wedding. Wish me luck. I’m gonna need it. The wedding and other simmering family issues have ramped up the drama/trauma factor by at least 10. It’s gonna be a long weekend. (Sigh.)

The travel arrangements thus far look good, and less stressful than the previous trip. I’ll have a direct flight tonight to Pittsburgh on Midwest Air, pick up a rental car, and check into a Super 8 for the night. Tomorrow I’ll make the 3-hour drive to Mom’s. After that, all bets are off. I’ll get back to KC late on Sunday night. I’ll post an update next week.
